EIS Lovers Season VI Matchday 4

Once again, teams have rotated to meet one another again as matchday 1. With 3 games passed by, many will wonder if the last 3 games will yield the same results. But for ESBN, we talk only about results and what amazes us today is:

Match between Sundae & Born Handsome : 1st Time in history where two teams have equal points for both at half-time (22 points) and full-time (48 points). It never happened before and would surely be even harder to emulate.

Here are the match results.

Match 1 : Born Handsome 48 : 48 Sundae
Born Handsome: Ake 19 pts., Joke 15pts.
Sundae: Michael 18 pts., Uday 12 pts.
With Sundae having obtained a work-permit for their foreign player, Michael has shown his worth with an incredible 18 points with fellow big guy Uday grabbing another 12. But for once, Born Handsome team knew they weren't in the casino playing poker but actually at EIS basketball court. Trailing by 5 with 1:30 minutes remaining, the NANYANG duo Joke (black-nanyang) and Ake (white-nanyang) showed the Sun Tzu's yin-yang offense combination which was just enough for Born Handsome to escape another defeat.
.
Match 2 : EIS2000 40 : 52 Proflex
EIS2000: Pete 16 pts., Mark 9 pts.
Proflex: Vikram 20 pts., Karun 13 pts.
This much awaited match which would probably bear the outcome of the 1st place for this regular season was worth the wait. With EIS2000 needing a win to even the results and needing two more convincing victories to get in pole position, half of their squad pulled out leaving Benz with another headache loaning selection. The crisis worsen as Proflex stamped their authority with the yet again impressive Vikram hitting so many baskets that with another impresive combined effort from the team, deserved to be crowned champions of regular season 6.

Matchday 4 MVP (Most Vulnerable Player)
Chang Born Handsome
0 pts. 1 fouls
As yet again, the match-ups were same as matchday 1, the MVP award was given to the same guy A.Chang of Born Handsome. As the new semester is still closed, our Ajarn is still having a good vacation and was equally happy to receive the award once again. ESBN now wonders if history will repeat itself with Mike getting MVP on matchday 5 and Mug on matchday 6.
